Fried Cabbage

This is a simple recipe and my friend Jo said that her and the family enjoyed it, so I thougtht I would pass on.

Shred cabbage and fry w/ butter in a skillet until it becomes tender and then add some brown sugar.

I am a big cabbage fryer! lol I fry mine up in olive oil minus the brown sugar though...don't like it sweet. But if that is what you like then you need to also try the Wilted salad....fresh lettuce of any kind from the garden/produce olive oil,brown sugar,baccon bits! Try it! It's yummy! (Shell)
